Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Please email us at info@treatapparel.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate requests. Our team is available M-F 9a-5p PT and requests made outside of business hours are not guaranteed. We cannot make changes to your order if your order has already shipped.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, and PayPal. All prices are stated in USD.
Do you make price adjustments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments.
Why was my payment declined?
Please make sure your card’s billing information (such as the security code and billing address) match what you’ve entered into our system. For your security, our system won’t allow a payment to be processed if the billing information associated with the card doesn’t match.
