Can I return my order?
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged full-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. All tags must be intact. Hats, accessories, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Items purchased on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok Shop are only eligible for store credit, not a refund. Please note that shipping and handling (restocking fees including return shipping) are non-refundable.
Can I return sale items?
Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned. If we receive an unapproved returned sale or discounted item, no refund will be issued.
How do I make a return?
To start a return, contact us at info@treatapparel.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is delivered, it can take up to 7 business days to process and inspect your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@treatapparel.com.
What if I received a defective or wrong item in my shipment?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us at info@treatapparel.com with your order number and we will help take care of any issues.
